How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you have to inform us about your wish of cancellation within the cooling off period of 30 days after receiving your order.

The costs for return shipments are at your own expense. Orders can be returned using any trackable postal service. Please hold on to the track & trace information in case your return gets lost by the carrier.
In every order there is a return form and customs declaration form included. To avoid tax and duty charges please put the customs declaration form on the outside of the parcel. Liverpool has filled in several entry fields for your convenience. The following entry fields need to be added by you:
- From address (your personal name and address)
- Quantity (2)
- Net Weight (3):
- Jeans/pants: 0.5KG per piece
- Tops: 0.1KG per piece
- Total gross weight (4)
- Postal charges/fees (9)
- Date of posting
- Signature (15)

Within the cooling off period of 30 days we offer you a free return shipment service. Please contact the customer care department to receive a return shipment label.
If you do not wish to use our free return service, we are not able to track the return shipment. If the package gets lost, we ask you to help our customer service to obtain the tracking information by, for example, checking the status at your chosen postal service. If a package is lost, we need a proof of shipment where the address of our warehouse is visible, before we proceed to a refund. Therefore we strongly advice you to keep the acknowledgement of dispatch. The cost of this return shipment will be chargeable to you.

Refund
The purchase price will be refunded within 14 working days after having received your return. You will receive an email with a credit note as soon as the transfer has been made. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method as you used when placing the order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different style or size.
